This grant is now available for shorts and low budget independents as well as documentary filmmakers. We have expanded to further our goals of creating films that are "unique and make a contribution to society."
Just fill out the Application Form, print it out and send it along with your 2 to 6 page proposal, sample work on DVD and the suggested donation of $38.00 or $28.00 for students. If you have any questions regarding the application, you may contact Carole at: Caroleedean@att.net
Project Proposal Submit a written proposal. If you need help writing your proposal, look on this page for a chapter from Carole’s book The Art of Film Funding (make the Art of Film Funding a link to this page: http://fromtheheartproductions.com/interviews.shtml. For docs send us 2 to 6 pages on your proposal plus you can add your budget and your crew. For shorts and features we want a one page synopsis of the film and the first 10 pages of your script. Please be sure to tell us the following:
All proposals must be accompanied by a sample of applicant’s previously completed work on DVD. If you do not have a prior work, submit one from anyone on your crew. Please do not send original DVD, send us copies because we do not return DVDs.
